We have a great relationship with our suppliers which ensures that we provide you with the best product at the right price. The Brazen Butchers have already catered for over one thousand people at a single event, as well as smaller family parties including christenings and weddings. Having a taste for quality ourselves we will provide the best quality and service to your event. At all catering events a member of staff will cook, carve and clear away. Allowing you relax and enjoy the day.
MIXED MEAT BBQ

Our most popular option. The mixed meat BBQ includes a selection of 3 meats, 3 salads, our very own salad dressing, sauces and fresh crusty bread. The hire of china plates, stainless steel cutlery and a member of staff to cook, serve and clear away.
Meat options are:
Mature Beef Steak, Award Winning Sausage, Marinated Chicken Pieces, Homemade 4oz Beef Burger.
Vegetarian, gluten, and other dietary options are available on request.
Salad options are:
Homemade Potato Salad, Fresh Green Leaves, Tomato Basil and Feta, Waldorf Salad, Homemade Coleslaw or Moroccan couscous salad.

This is a great opportunity to do it yourself. We provide everything needed to serve 40+ people.
You tell us the date, location and time and we arrive with a fully cooked Lamb, BBQ and charcoal, Fresh bread rolls, Mint sauce and all the tools require to feed your guest.
